For dinner the other night we had a salmon steaks, yams, and stuffed bell peppers.
You will need:
fresh yams
large bell peppers (that will sit still on there bottom or on there side)
rice
cheese
butter
fresh salmon steaks
1 fresh lemon
salt & pepper
cinnamon

Their is nothing like an icy cold glass of lemonade on a hot day.

For dinner the other night I made a Mediterranean chicken sandwich for Aaron.
First I cooked the Mediterranean chicken that I had bought from Omaha Steaks. Then I toasted the bread; added mayo, American cheese, and lettuce. Placed the chicken on it, and it was good to go! Quick and easy!

What’s for dinner tonight? Hot Rotisserie Sandwiches. I bought a precooked rotisserie chicken from the store. Toasted my wheat bread (you can use any kind of bread of course). I also made sure that the meat was hot. Added mayo to the bread or mustered. Then made my sandwiches. Enjoy.
