For dinner the other night I made a Mediterranean chicken sandwich for Aaron. First I cooked the Mediterranean chicken that I had bought from Omaha Steaks. Then I toasted the bread; added mayo, American cheese, and lettuce. Placed the chicken on it, and it was good to go! Quick and easy!
