Chili for dinner

I made Chili in the slow cooker yesterday. You just dump it all in the pot. I added 2 med. cans of crushed tomatoes and 1 can of tomato sauce. Then I diced up about 2 lbs of beef and dropped that in. Also added about 2 table spoons of country herbs. This is a mixture of several herbs. The brand is spice club. It comes in a clear glass bottle and has a grinder on top. If you don’t have this the list of spices in it is coarse sea salt, rosemary, parsley, oregano, basil, mint, sage and thyme. I also added chili powder to taste. Add herbs to your taste of course. I also added 1 can of light red beans and 1 can of white beans.
So just to break it down.
Step 1: put meat and tomatoes in pot let it cook until the meat is cooked through.
Step 2: add spices let simmer for 30 min. then taste. Add more spices if needed.
Enjoy!!
