Bruschetta

My favorite appetizer to make and eat is Bruschetta. It is so easy to make and you can make it so many different ways. Mine I make with the Romano tomatoes, Basil, and Chives.
I use my food chopper from PC of course to chop up the tomatoes, or my knife. Then cut the Basil and Chives in to very small pieces. By now the smell is soooo good. I love the smell of fresh herbs!
Ok now mix it all together in a bowl. Slice a french baguette. I then place them on my large stone bar pan. Drizzle with olive oil and back at 350 for about two min or place them on an indoor grill. Just until lightly toasted. Remove and let cool just a little.
Now for the good stuff. Spread goat cheese on all of the pieces of bread. Mmmm… now top with your tomato mix. Have I made you hungry yet! For a little extra. You could mix 1/2 honey and 1/2 balsamic vinegar together then lightly drizzle over the bruschetta. Now enjoy.
